| We spent ten days traveling through Utah to see the National Parks and do some rock hounding. Our itinerary was Globe Arizona, Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, Capitol Reef, Red Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Parker Lake in Az and Winslow AZ then home. We had nice weather except for one day of the trip, and a couple of nights in the Zion National Park area. There was actually snow at the top of some of the mountains (first one of the year). Here are some of the pictures that we took (I did a little bit better this trip): | |
This is one of the nicest arches in Utah, Wilson's Arch on the way up to Arches National Park. It is right on US191! | ![]() This is the only arch that can be seen from the roads and we did not hike to the others but the scenery and rock formations were awesome. |
THis is one of the views of Canyonlands National Park. |
More Canyonlands (Dogs are not allowed out of the roadways in the park so this one was a view just outside the park entrance. |
